Executive Summary
Kingdom Outlet Mall will convert a 40,000 sqm completed shell in Hufuf
(Al-Ahsa, Eastern Province) into the region’s first true
outlet, entertainment, and food hub.
The project offers 25,000 sqm of leasable space across roughly
250 retail units, anchored by a 6,000 sqm Hypermarket
and a 4,000 sqm indoor Snow Park, both support ed by a 5,000 sqm Food Hall.
Outside the GLA, the forecourt will host food-truck bays, EV-charging stations,
a car spa and other auto-oriented services that extend dwell time and diversify revenue.
The mall will open at 75 % occupancy in July forecast to 2026, reach 90 % by July 2028, and is
attract ~4 million visits annually at maturity. At that stage, gross tenant sales are projected near
SAR 50 million,.
